| The profiles in our system consist of closed tubular profiles. These are manufactured from 3 mm thick band steel, which is roll-shaped in a roller tool and fuse welded. The profile is manufactured by FMK trafikprodukter ab and is protected by patent and design registrations. The tubular profile is elliptical and is made with a u-shaped protrusion. Pins are welded through the u-shaped protrusion. This method is used to ascertain that the profile maintains it’s shape when stressed.
• The profiles endures great pressure from snow plows, vehicles etc without being deformed. |
